Perfect — that’s what we’re here for. Our instructors meet you at your level, and our Intro Pass was created exactly for this reason.

You’re in the right place. Our team includes licensed physiotherapists. We recommend starting with Physio or Physio-Pilates sessions before moving into group classes.

Yes — we ask for 12 hours notice for group classes, and 24 hours for private or physio sessions. Late cancellations may result in session loss.

Yes, if you're in our KINTSU Tier program. Core and Elite members can share packages with 1–3 people depending on their tier.
