What you may want to know before starting with us

  • All bookings are made online through our portal — we keep it simple and efficient.
    After purchase, you’ll receive a link to schedule your sessions.

  • Perfect — that’s what we’re here for. Our instructors meet you at your level, and our Intro Pass was created exactly for this reason.

  • You’re in the right place. Our team includes licensed physiotherapists. We recommend starting with Physio or Physio-Pilates sessions before moving into group classes.

  • Yes — we ask for 12 hours notice for group classes, and 24 hours for private or physio sessions. Late cancellations may result in session loss.

  • Yes, if you're in our KINTSU Tier program. Core and Elite members can share packages with 1–3 people depending on their tier.

  • It’s a membership pass that allows you to unlimited access to our group classes. Refer here for more detailed T&C applied.
