Our studio has important amenities for your comfort.
Shower and changing room, equipped with hair dryers.
Shampoo are provided (no towels provided for hygiene reasons).
A water dispenser for hydration.
A small corner that you can buy some essentials like Pilates socks and sportswear.

Group Classes: All group class bookings must be made through our website.
Private, Duet, and Physiotherapy Sessions: Bookings for these services are handled via WhatsApp.

Our classes are open to individuals of all fitness levels. We recommend consulting your physician before attending if you have medical conditions or are pregnant.

Most group classes at KINTSU are limited to 4 participants to ensure personalized attention and optimal guidance.
For Mat Pilates classes, we can accommodate up to 6 participants as this class requires less specialized equipment and allows for more spacious arrangements.
Membership & Passes

Group Pass:
Ideal for those seeking flexibility, the Group Pass allows access to group classes. Options include 10 sessions (valid for 4 months) and 20 sessions (valid for 8 months).Membership Pass:
Designed for consistent attendees, the Membership Pass offers unlimited access to group classes, with a limit of one session per day. Options are available for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months.Private Pass:
Tailored for those who prefer personalized instruction, the Private Pass provides one-on-one sessions in either Pilates or strength training. Available in packages of 10 or 20 sessions, this pass ensures customized attention to meet individual goals.

If you’ll be away, you can request to freeze your Membership Pass:
Freeze Duration:
1-Month Pass: Up to 7 days.
3-Month Pass: Up to 14 days.
6-Month Pass or longer: Up to 30 days.
Fee: RM50 for the first three freeze requests; RM100 from the fourth onward.
Conditions:
During the freeze, you cannot book classes.
The freeze will end automatically, and your pass will extend by the number of frozen days.
How to Request: Notify us via WhatsApp at least 5 days before the freeze start date.
Example: A 3-Month Pass valid from 1 June to 31 August, frozen for 7 days (e.g., 10 July to 16 July), will now expire on 7 September 7.

Duet Pass is for two registered participants to share semi-private sessions. If one participant cannot attend, they may arrange a replacement, but one of the registered participants must always be present.

Group Pass: You are allowed to book multiple sessions in a single day.
Membership Pass: Booking is limited to one class per day. If you book more than one, we will cancel the later session and notify you at least 12 hours in advance.

Physio Pilates is suitable for:

Physio Pilates sessions (60 minutes) involve guided Pilates movements focused on flexibility, posture, balance, and breathwork to improve body awareness and support gentle recovery.
Physiotherapy sessions (90 minutes) include a thorough assessment, personalized manual therapy, strength exercises, and education on injury prevention and safe return to intense activities.

Health and Safety

Please wear comfortable, stretchy, and breathable attire to ensure ease of movement. You may avoid clothing with buttons or zippers that may potentially cause discomfort during certain positions.

We encourage participants to be aware of their health status and consult a physician if necessary. Please inform us of any injuries or medical conditions before starting.

While our group classes are not designed to accommodate prenatal needs, we do offer private sessions tailored for expectant mothers.
These private sessions allow us to provide personalized, pregnancy-safe modifications in a controlled environment.
We encourage you to consult with your healthcare provider before attending and to reach out to us via WhatsApp to discuss your specific needs. Your safety and comfort are our top priority.
Technical Details

Yes, you will receive booking confirmations and reminders through the respective booking platform (website for group classes or WhatsApp for private, duet, and physiotherapy sessions).

KINTSU reserves the right to make changes or cancellations as necessary. For unused credits will be returned in such cases.

Group passes and duet passes are non-transferable. However, duet participants can arrange for a replacement attendee as per our replacement policy.
For private passes, sessions can be transferred or shared with one additional individual.

Installment payment is not available, all purchases are payable in a single upfront payment.
