General Information
KINTSU Physiotherapy & Pilates Studio (hereinafter referred to as "KINTSU", "the Studio", or "the Company") has established these Terms and Conditions to ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for all users of our services, premises, and online platforms.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of KINTSU’s group classes, membership passes, and related services, whether conducted on-site or online.
Attire Policy
Dress Code: All clients are required to wear comfortable sports attire suitable for movement and exercise.
Non-Slip Socks: For both safety and hygiene reasons, clients must wear non-slip socks during Pilates classes. If you do not have non-slip socks, they are available for purchase at the Studio.
What to Bring: Please bring a water bottle and any personal items you may need for comfort during your session.
Health and Safety Policy
At KINTSU, your safety is our utmost priority. To ensure a safe and effective experience, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Pre-Existing Medical Conditions
If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or other physical limitations, you are responsible for informing your instructor before the start of your session.
Clients must confirm that they are medically cleared to participate in physical activities.
Assumption of Risk
By attending KINTSU’s classes, sessions, or other activities, and by utilizing the studio’s premises, facilities, or equipment, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with physical activity and fitness training. These risks include, but are not limited to, muscle strains, joint injuries, or aggravation of pre-existing conditions.
Waiver of Liability
By using the Studio’s facilities and participating in classes, you hereby:
Assume Full Responsibility: You assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages sustained as a result of your participation in KINTSU’s classes or use of its facilities.
Release and Waive Claims: You release and forever discharge KINTSU, its management, staff, instructors, and representatives from any and all claims, causes of action, or liability related to injuries or damages incurred during participation in studio activities.
Confirm Health Fitness: You confirm that you have no medical or physical condition that would prevent you from safely participating in KINTSU’s classes, nor have you been advised by a physician to refrain from such activities.
Injury or Discomfort
If you experience any discomfort or pain during a session, notify your instructor immediately and cease the activity.
Your instructor may modify exercises or recommend alternative movements to ensure your safety.
Elderly or Special Populations
Sessions designed for elderly clients or those with unique requirements will include additional safety measures tailored to their needs.
Cleanliness and Hygiene
Clients are encouraged to wipe down equipment after use and maintain good personal hygiene.
The Studio follows strict cleaning protocols to ensure all equipment and facilities are sanitized.
Acknowledgment of Agreement
For your safety and that of others, you are responsible for adhering to all studio policies and guidelines. By registering for an account or attending classes, you confirm your understanding and agreement to the terms outlined in this Waiver & Release Statement.
Class Policy
Cancellation by the Studio
KINTSU reserves the right to cancel any class at its discretion due to unforeseen circumstances. While we will endeavor to provide sufficient notice, cancellations may occur without explanation. In such cases, any pre-paid credits for the class will be refunded to your account.
Cancellation by the Participant
Participants may cancel a class booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled class to receive a refund of their credit. If a cancellation is made within less than 12 hours of the class, the credit will be forfeited.
One Class Per Policy
Participants may only attend one class per day under membership pass policy only. If we identify that a participant is booked for multiple classes in a single day, KINTSU reserves the right to cancel the additional bookings of the day. Participants will be notified of the cancellation at least 12 hours before the affected session.
Group Pass
The Group Pass is designed for flexible participation in group classes. It provides cost-effective options for individuals who prefer a pay-as-you-go approach while maintaining access to regular group classes.
Pass Options & Validity
Single Session Pass:
For one-time use only.
Valid for 1 session and expires after the class is attended or if canceled with insufficient notice.
10-Class Pass:
Allows for 10 sessions, with each session deducting 1 credit from the pass.
Valid for 4 months (120 days) from the date of purchase.
20-Class Pass:
Allows for 20 sessions, with each session deducting 1 credit from the pass.
Valid for 8 months (240 days) from the date of purchase.
Class Reservation
All classes must be booked in advance through the Studio’s booking system.
Bookings are confirmed only upon the availability of credits in your Group Pass.
Attendance & No-Shows
Clients are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes before class to allow time for preparation and warm-up.
Failure to attend a class without prior notice (no-show) or cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice will result in the credit being forfeited.
Refunds & Extensions
Group Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Unused credits at the time of expiry cannot be refunded or extended under any circumstances.
Membership Pass
The Membership Pass is ideal for clients seeking consistent, long-term participation in group classes. It offers unlimited access with added flexibility.
Membership Options & Validity
Membership is available in the following durations:
1 Month Unlimited
3 Months Unlimited
6 Months Unlimited
12 Months Unlimited
Membership is valid for unlimited group classes, with a limit of 1 class per day.
Validity begins immediately upon purchase and runs continuously for the selected term.
Auto-Renewal
Memberships will automatically renew at the end of the selected term.
Clients who wish to discontinue their membership must cancel the subscription before the renewal date.
One-Time Payment Per Term
Each membership term requires a one-time upfront payment.
Freeze Option
Clients may request to freeze their membership for a limited duration with valid reasons.
Freeze requests must be submitted at least 5 days before the intended freezing date via WhatsApp .
Freezing is allowed for a maximum of:
1 week for a 1-Month Membership.
2 weeks for a 3-Month Membership.
1 month for a 6- or 12-Month Membership.
If a membership is frozen, the validity term will be extended by the exact number of days the membership is on hold.
Admin Fee for Freezing
A RM 50 administrative fee will be charged for the first three freezes during the membership term.
Subsequent freeze requests (after three times) will incur an administrative fee of RM 100 per freeze.
No-Show Suspension Policy
If a member records 2 no-shows within a 1-month period, their membership will be suspended for 1 week.
During suspension, the member cannot make any new class bookings.
After the suspension period, booking privileges will be reinstated automatically.
Refunds & Transfers
Membership Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Private Pass
The Private Pass is designed for those seeking personalised attention in their fitness journey, offering flexibility and tailored programs. It grants access to private sessions for both Pilates and Strength Training, ensuring a focused and customised approach to achieving your goals.
Private Pass Options
10 Private Passes: 10 sessions
20 Private Passes: 20 sessions
Each session is 60 minutes.
Booking Requirements

Sessions are subject to instructor availability and confirmation by the Studio.
Duet Pass
The Duet Pass is designed for two participants to experience tailored and engaging sessions together. Whether you are looking to enhance strength, flexibility, or mobility, it is ideal for pairs who prefer a semi-private and supportive environment.
Duet Pass Options
10 Private Passes: 10 sessions
20 Private Passes: 20 sessions
Each session is 60 minutes.
Participant Registration
Each Duet Pass will be registered under two participant names.
Sessions can be used when both registered participants attend together.
Sessions are non-transferable beyond the registered pair or approved replacements.
Replacement Attendance
If one of the registered participants cannot attend, they may arrange for a replacement attendee.
However, at least one of the original registered participants must be present during the session.

Rehabilitation Services
Our Rehabilitation Services are tailored for those seeking expert care to recover from injuries, manage pain, or enhance mobility. With a combination of Physiotherapy and Physio Pilates, we provide a comprehensive approach to rehabilitation under the guidance of qualified professionals.
Physio Pilates
Duration: 60 minutes per session.
Who It's For:
Individuals aiming to improve flexibility and regain functional mobility.
Those recovering to perform daily activities such as walking, household chores, or light recreation.
Suitable for elderly individuals seeking gentle, low-impact exercises for better posture, balance, and core strength.
People experiencing mild aches or stiffness and want to ease into a healthier, more mobile lifestyle.
Purpose:
Enhance flexibility, posture, and balance.
Support recovery to regain independence in day-to-day activities.
Reduce the risk of future injuries through controlled, mindful movement.
Includes:
Guided Pilates movements tailored to flexibility and functional goals.
Low-impact exercises designed for gradual recovery.
Focus on breathwork and muscle engagement for improved body awareness.
Physiotherapy
Duration: 90 minutes per session.
Who It's For:
Individuals preparing to return to weightlifting or intense physical training.
Sports enthusiasts seeking to optimize performance.
Those aiming to build strength or recover after high-intensity injuries.
Elderly individuals who want to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and regain confidence in movement.
Purpose:
Improve muscle strength and endurance.
Address specific injuries or chronic pain.
Provide targeted exercises for safe reintegration into high-intensity or competitive activities.
Includes:
Comprehensive assessment of your condition and goals.
Personalized manual therapy and strength-based exercises.
Education on injury prevention techniques and safe progression.
