Pilates

Best for those who want to improve how their body moves, not just how much it can lift. Ideal if your focus is control, mobility, posture, and body awareness.

Sessions use the full Pilates apparatusReformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel — to guide and support movement. Expect low-impact but deeply effective work that builds strength, coordination, and fluidity through precision.
